• ‘Schweizer Wurstsalat’ – sausage strips marinated in a light vinaigrette
  with gherkins, onions and grated cheese
• Cheese Platter with a selection of Bavarian and French cheeses,
  served with caramelized walnuts and fresh grapes
• Bavarian Meat Platter with Black Forest ham, German cooked ham
  and a selection of Bavarian sausages such as ‘Zwiebelmett’
  served with mixed pickles, radish and pickled onions
• Bread basket with a selection of German bread
  such as bread rolls, dark rye bread and freshly baked pretzels.
