A lean, boneless piece of pork dipped in egg-wash, covered with Bread Crumbs and pan fried to perfection.  Served with slices of lemon.

Jaeger Schnitzel – Schnitzel Hunter style
Pork Cutlets, breaded and fried with a homemade creamy wild mushroom Hunter Sauce.

Holstein Schnitzel – Schnitzel variety from Northern Germany (rustic!)
Breaded pork schnitzel with crispy bacon and 2 fried eggs.

Zigeuner Schnitzel – Schnitzel gypsy style
Breaded pork schnitzel with sautéed bell pepper and onions in spicy tomato sauce.

Lyoner Schnitzel
