Bavarian Beerhouse opens its new venue “Tower Hill”
The Bavarian Beerhouse Group – UK’s Number One Oktoberfest Specialists – is proudly announcing the opening of its second London venue “Bavarian Beerhouse Tower Hill”.
Right opposite from Fenchurch Street rail station, and just 200 feet (50metres) from Tower Hill tube station, the new venue is located in the heart of the City. Spread over two levels (street level and basement), the Bavarian Beerhouse Tower Hill has room for almost 300 guests. Exposed brick walls, wooden floors and modern architecture in combination with traditional and modern Bavarian design elements give the venue a unique atmosphere, both inside and outdoors.
Waitresses in traditional Bavarian dress (so-called ‘dirndls’) will provide table service, supplying ice cold German beer in huge Stein glasses (the equivalent of two pints) and hearty Bavarian food, including pork shanks and of course sausages and sauerkraut.
The Bavarian Beerhouse Tower Hill is likely to attract a mixed crowd, be it local office workers, tourists, or those who simply enjoy the authentic Bavarian atmosphere. Following the success of the first Bavarian Beerhouse on Old Street (founded in December 2005), the Tower Hill venue offers the Bavarian Beerhouse’s typical unique combination of excellent food, outstanding service, great German beer and fantastic rustic atmosphere.
The Bavarian Beerhouse’s General Manager Martin Gotschewski said: “Opening a second Bavarian Beerhouse in London proves that the British love Bavarian food, drink and entertainment. We look forward to meeting our local neighbours and to making people feel welcome at the Bavarian Beerhouse Tower Hill.”
